Aluminium Verkoop Zuid of Best start to seperate waste at it’s locations

Aluminium Verkoop Zuid (AVZ) from Best will also separate waste at its locations with the ALDA recycle waste bins from Orange Planet.

AVZ is one of the largest suppliers of profiles and parts for aluminum applications in the Benelux. As a stock-keeping wholesaler, they have 97 employees and are active in more than 34 countries. As part of StellaGroup, they are a leading player in the field of roller shutters, roller doors and related products. In order to properly recycle all additional waste, AVZ has recently started using the ALDA recycle bins from Orange Planet.

“As an organization, we take responsibility for the effects on People (people), Planet (environment) and Profit (economy),” says AVZ Environmental & Sustainability Manager Sabine Welman. “In order to make conscious choices, we have been mapping our annual energy consumption since 2021, with the aim of further reducing CO2 emissions. In addition, we started in 2022 to significantly reduce our waste production by separating and recycling waste.”

After Orange Planet achieved its CSR statement in 2020, more and more products have been added to the range that contribute to a better world. From recycle waste bins from ALDA and Plafor to desk bikes from Cubii.
