New Industrial Garden: A Green Oasis on the Business Park.

At Orange Planet, we are always looking for ways to improve not only our business, but also the world around us. In line with our CSR objectives, we have recently created a beautiful industrial garden on our site. This wasn’t just any project. Thanks to the skill and passion of Stronk from Dongen, who made the planters for us, we have created a green oasis where our staff can now enjoy nature during their breaks.

A Green Place to Unwind

The idea for the industrial garden arose from the desire to offer our employees a nice, relaxed place where they can escape the hectic pace of the working day. What could be better than an environment where they are surrounded by flowers and plants? The garden, which is now full of sown flowers and lush green plants, offers a calming atmosphere and a welcome change from the industrial character of our site.

A Collaboration with Meaning

Our partnership with Stronk is one that has deep meaning, not only for our company, but also for the community. Stronk is a socially engaged organization that works with practical (care) youth in the age category 14 to 23 years. They focus on young people who are excluded from the mainstream education system for various reasons, such as those sitting at home, and give them the opportunity to work on products and on their personal development.

Stronk offers these young people a unique opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally. They work with future makers who want to orient themselves in the technical field or already know what they want, and help them to put their skills into practice. The planters they made for our industrial garden are a wonderful example of this. Each piece is not only crafted with care and craftsmanship, but also contributes to the growth and development of these young people
